We will only allow ONE item to be sold at any given time.

Why: This will ensure that our merchants get the best exposure for their product. Every product will now get its 60 minutes of fame. Or was it supposed to be 5 minutes of fame? Good thing we "forgot".

There is a flat fee of 500L per item listed and a 5% commission fee on total sales.

Why: The listing fee is our first line of defense against unwarranted products. If you are unwilling to pay the 500L fee, it means that you are not confident in your product anyways. We want merchants who are confident and know their products will sell sell sell!

Each product will be listed for exactly one hour. Once the time is up for that product, it will no longer be available for purchase.

Why: If we allowed you to purchase past products, then you would be less inclined to visit our site since you can always go back. It feels more exciting when you have to hurry because you might miss out on a good deal.

We allow any products to be sold. However, preferential treatments will be given to:

1. Limited quantity goods

2. PG-rated goods

3. High valued and unique goods

Why: Because limited or unique products have higher demands. The last thing we want is a t-shirt bazaar. Buy 3 get 1 Free? Not here!

1. Sign in with your JT Financial account and web password.

2. Submit your item under the "Sell Your Item" page. You will enter information about the item, and upload pictures and other information.

3. When your product information and pictures are the way you want them, click the "Apply to sell this item" link.

4. Our staff will review your application and contact you regarding approval and scheduling. Once your item is scheduled, the time and date will appear next to your item uner the "Sell My Item" link.

5. Your item appears as the featured on item on the date scheduled.

6. We pay your proceeds at the end of the sale duration.

7. The listing fee is $L500 per item listed. You will not be billed until your item has been approved for scheduling.

8. Please be sure your JT Financial account has a sufficient balance to cover listing fees, or your product will be declined.

If your item has been scheduled, you can click on "Sell My Item" and find the date and time displayed next to your item.

The funds are taken directly out of your JT Financial Account. If you do not have an account, please visit our Main Branch to open an account at the SLURL below. 1. have an account with us, and

2. are logged into Second Life since your temporary password will be sent to you inworld.
